Join CurePSP and Melanie Moss, a Food Network’s Chopped Champion pastry chef, for an interactive St. Patrick’s Day theme cookie decorating class!
Melanie Moss and her sister Diana Moss found Mini Melanie in 2015. Starting at age six, mixing pastry dough alongside their Viennese grandma, Melanie’s childhood baking hobby steadily grew into an obsession. While attending Northwestern University, Melanie studied in Paris and was Sous Chef at Cours de Cuisine atelier. She later attended the Institute of Culinary Education and honed her craft in the Michelin-starred kitchens of Babbo and Blue Hill at Stone Barns, where she was Head Baker and Pastry Sous Chef. Melanie’s desserts have been recognized in the 2016 New York City Michelin Guide, and in 2018, Melanie became Champion of a special-themed chocolate competition on Food Network’s CHOPPED. Growing up as close as sisters can be in a family where dessert is everything, Melanie and Diana always had complementary skill sets but never dreamed they’d be business partners. Their separate paths before Mini Melanie built an incredible foundation for their partnership.
Each kit (registration) is $100 and includes:
- Everything needed to decorate four cookies with a yellow and green theme, with gold sprinkles — a clover, a beer mug, a hat, and a pot of gold! (Gluten-free and vegan available for $104 at registration check out.)
- A custom print-out card about how to decorate the cookies.
- The online class.
- Shipping and handling.

The online class is approximately 45 minutes long with a live instructor and is held over Zoom.
The order cut off date is Sunday, February 28th. Orders can still be placed through March 4th; however, shipping costs will be higher. The DIY option is available through March 14th.
