Travel Assistance Fund

The CurePSP Travel Assistance Fund is designed to support caregivers and individuals diagnosed with PSP (progressive supranuclear palsy), CBD (corticobasal degeneration) and MSA (multiple system atrophy) by providing financial assistance to attend the 2026 Spring Community Weekend in Los Angeles, California. We recognize that travel costs can be a significant barrier to participation, especially for families navigating complex care needs and financial stress. This fund aims to ensure equitable access to education, support and community connections.

Through this fund, grants of up to $1,500 will be awarded to help offset the costs associated with traveling to Spring Community Weekend.

Mission

The CurePSP Travel Assistance Fund is committed to reducing financial barriers and increasing access to critical educational and support opportunities for caregivers and individuals affected by PSP, CBD or MSA to attend the 2026 Spring Community Weekend in Los Angeles. By easing the burden of travel costs, the fund supports CurePSP's broader mission to raise awareness, build community, improve care and find a cure for PSP, CBD and MSA.

The 2026 Spring Community Weekend will be held at the Hilton Los Angeles Culver City Hotel in California, an 11-minute drive from the airport. The reception, lodging and conference itself will be held in the same location. The Run for Hope 5K and 1 Mile Walk location is not yet determined, but accessible transportation will be available from the Hilton Culver City.
